Ee Duct Con is a 3 channels sound installation based on the physiological phenomenon of otoacoustic emissions, sounds produced in the inner ear by a vibration of the cochlea. As sound resonates both in the air and inside the listener’s head, the installation creates a sculpture of space that includes the listener’s body as a constitutive element. Ee Duct Con works as a vortex of sound particles designed to blur the limits usually drawn between a perceiving subject and a perceived object. Only perception itself remains.
